This Week’s Picnic Fare

New England Artisanal Cheese Picnic – three award winning cheeses from Vermont.  Bayley Hazen Blue, a natural rind blue cheese, from Cellars at Jasper Hill, Cremont, a creamy goat and cow cheese from Vermont Creamery, and Ascutney Mountain,  an alpine-style natural rind cheese, from Cobb Hill.  Price $17.00

Classic European Cheese Picnic – three distinctive European cheeses from Italy and France, including La Tur, a dense, creamy blend of pasteurized cow, goat and sheep milk, Tomme de Savoie, a semi-firm raw cow’s milk, and an aged Pecorino Toscano, a firm and distinctive sheep’s milk selection. Price $17.00

The Perfect Match… Charcuterie + Cheese  – Add sliced artisan cured meat to any of our picnics. Our current selection includes two salamis, Salame Nostrano, coarsely ground, mild and “sweet” in flavor, and Cacciatorini, an old style salami inspired by the Italian meat capital of Emilia-Romangna.  Add $7.00 for charcuterie

Each selection is served with a rich fig confit, french baguette slices, crackers and grapes.
